SE Healthcare Burnout Prevention Program (nursingworld.org)

Nearly 7,000 ANA Members signed up for this program during the summer trial and earned over 10,000 free CNE hours! Over half of members surveyed claimed the program reduced their sense of burnout and 86% applied the strategies they learned to their work or personal life. Ninety percent were satisfied with the Burnout Prevention program and 95% asked ANA to add it as a permanent member benefit….so we did!
