The Oregon State Association of Occupational Health Nurses (OSAOHN) Board of Director’s formally agreed to a one-time waiver of usual chapter fees for 2023. Nurses who join or renew their AAOHN membership for 2023 can join OSAOHN at no added cost. 

These last three years have been exhausting. It’s left nurses with little capacity outside of work and family obligations. OSAOHN hopes to lower one barrier to joining and engaging with other Occupational Health Nurses in our state chapter. Participation in professional organizations provides comradery, support and practice satisfaction.

OSAOHN is an active chapter in the Pacific Northwest. We offer mentorships to nurses new to the occupational health field. We have Scholarships available to members to offset the cost of research, attending a conference, or pursuing Certification. Members have a chance to participate in developing the Occupational Health and Healthcare topics and speakers offered at the biennial Oregon Governor's Occupational Safety and Health conference.
