Timely CPR can save lives, the Damar Hamlin story

January 6, 2023- On Monday, January 2, 2023, NFL Buffalo Bill's player Damar Hamlin collapsed in the first quarter of the game as a result of cardiac arrest. Medical personnel rushed to the field and performed resuscitation techniques before taking Hamlin to the hospital, where he received proper care. An article by US Today reported that Hamlin is alive and recovering. 

Cardiac arrest can happen at any time, anywhere. Do you know what to do to help someone in a situation like that?
