Pennsylvania League for Nursing Area 6 is pleased to announce a call for nominations for leadership positions with the Pennsylvania League for Nursing (PLN). We are seeking dedicated and qualified individuals to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Nominations are being accepted for the following positions:

Chairperson (2 year term)

Chairperson-Elect (3 year term: 1 year as Chairperson-Elect, 2 years as Chair)

Secretary (2 year term)

Treasurer (2 year term)

Program Committee (2 year Term)

Nominations Committee (2 openings, 2 year term)

Please see the attached descriptions of the officer and non-officer roles. If you, or someone you know, meets the eligibility criteria and is interested in being considered for one of these positions, please submit a nomination form to the Nominations Committee at wndyg62@outlook.com. Nominations must be received by April 15th, 2023.  Also, complete the Consent to Serve document attached as part of the submission.

As my tenure with PLN State potentially comes to a close, I look forward to passing the torch to a new leadership of educators who are laser focused on re-initiating Area 6 for the benefit of the members at large.  I am thankful for the collaborations of members in the Area and wish you all well!
