SPEAK stands for Support Prepare Empower All Kind. SPEAKHIRE (formerly SPEAK Mentorship) develops the social and cultural capital of individuals from immigrant families to become leaders in the workforce by pairing them with professional mentors, who meet virtually with the interns over a 9-week period.

The next Foundational Year Internship Round is set to start the third week of April. It’s expected that even more Interns will be joining the program! The Interns will be meeting at the following schedules:

• Mondays 3:00 - 3:45 pm est (12:00 - 12:45 pm pst)

• Wednesday 2:00 - 2:45 pm est (11:00 - 11:45 am pst)

• Thursdays 10:18 - 11:09 am est (7:18 - 8:09 am pst)

They will start matching in April, but if you are interested in being a Champion for Internship Round 3 , they would love to know your availability as soon as possible!
