Details

Dr. Rachel Smith is conducting a study on the impact of a short mindfulness workshop.

The study involves attending a 1-hour in Savannah or Statesboro. After the workshop, participants will be asked to set goals to improve mindfulness behaviors and improve the frequency of these behaviors for two weeks.

Participants will be asked to wear an ActiGraph (similar to a Fitbit or Apple Watch) on their wrist for two weeks following the workshop to capture objective physiological data.
