Come prepared to listen to the experiences and perspectives of others and/or share your own about how racism has impacted NCNA from your perspectives through actions the organization took or neglected to take in the past and actions the organization must take moving forward to purge any remaining vestiges of injustices from this organization and solidify a bright future based on relentless inclusion of all.
