The Richard B. Caspari Nursing Grant application submission is now OPEN!

AORN Richmond Area Chapter will award $1,000 for a chapter member to attend the 2025 AORN Global Surgical Conference and Expo in Boston, MA, April 5-8, as a first-time attendee. 

Eligibility Criteria:

• Applicant must be a member of the AORN Richmond Chapter 

• First time attending AORN Global Conference & Expo 

Selection Criteria – In essay form, with 300 words or more, please respond to the following questions

• What inspired you to choose perioperative nursing?

• Why is your professional organization important to you?

• How do you envision your participation in your local AORN Chapter?

• What are your expectations for attending the Expo?
