Fellow leaders, thank you for taking time to assess and vote, our results are finalized and verified. On behalf of the Board, we extend our most sincere appreciation to all members who participated in the nominations and elections. 

Please welcome our new 2024 Board Members:

• Elizabeth Paxton, Secretary-Treasurer Elect
• Charlotte Wimer, Development Commission co-chair
• Heather Martin, Leadership Commission co-chair

Additionally, the Board proposal to include Alaska into the membership and requisite by-law updates was resoundingly approved by the members. The Board will be appointing an Alaska at-large board member: Carrie Peluso DNP, APRN, ACNS-BC, CENP, Chief Nursing Officer of Providence Alaska Medical Center to the Board for 2024. As part of the Alaska inclusion, our by-laws will be updated and posted to members on the NWONL.org website plus we will begin modifying our communication and on-line presence to reflect the addition with the intent to be completed by December 31st.
