Next CE event will be held on Thursday February 22nd at 6:15 pm.  Our topic will be How to talk to your patients about palliative care without scaring them to death.  Our presenters will be Carol Mulvenon MS, AOCN, ACHPN and Melody Alexander MSN, APRN, AGPCNP-BC, AOCNP

They will provide education on the role of palliative care in the setting of serious illness and identify ways a team can approach patients regarding the role of services and the use of primary palliative care independently.  They will provide insight on how they provide palliative care services in their practices at The University of Kansas Health System. 

The meeting will be via zoom.  We will open zoom at 6:15 pm and the presentation will start at 6:30 pm.
