Hello AzNA Members,   My name is Jelena Peric Kljajic and I am seeking nurses 55 years of age or older to participate in a research study being conducted in partial fulfillment of my Ph.D. in Management (Leadership, Organizations, Behavior) at the Henley Business School, University of Reading.   This study aims to examine retirement decision making of nurses during the pandemic to determine ways in which we can better support our aging workforce and possibly extend work life.
