NCENA Policy Revisions

**Member Feedback Requested by February 24**

The NCENA Board of Directors, as charged by the NCENA Bylaws, has conducted a review of the NCENA policies and developed the attached board-approved drafts.  The Board has opened a 21-day feedback period to solicit member feedback on these board-approved drafts.  Of note, the Board continues to discuss the Travel Reimbursement Policy.  Once a board-approve draft is available, it will be released separately for member feedback.  Please note, no policy changes have gone into effect -- these are DRAFTS.

Feedback Period Process

• Review the attached and provide feedback using the tracked changes / comment features in Word
• Email your feedback to the Board (directors@northcarolinaena.org) no later than February 24th
• Board will review all suggestions/comments, adjudicate any changes, and publish approved policies by March 9th
