A major component of a Nursing Leaders maturity and advancement is understanding issues and opportunities both in their organization and their across peer organizations and the regions they serve. NWONL Councils are an excellent way to meet, connect, learn and share. A highlight of Councils is their unique ability to foster longstanding relationships between leaders.
