NWONL March & April CE/Learning Event: Building Healthy Work Environments Where Nurses Thrive

NWONL is hosting a two part session oriented for nurse leaders to identify and implement strategies using the Healthy Work Environment Assessment Tool (HWEAT) to apply to the workplace.
Session 1 will focus on the first 3 AACN Healthy Work Environment (HWE) Standards including the opportunity to hear from leaders currently on the journey to applying HWE to their clinical environments. In session 2 is an interactive session which advances the content from the first session with a look at the final 3 AACN Healthy Work Environment (HWE) Standards. In session 2, attendees will hear from nurse leaders who have participated in AACN's CSI Academy and seen first hand the impactful changes in their work culture.
