One of our colleagues, Audrey Glossenger MSN, NPD-BC, CCRN who is an IUH, AAHC Nursing Professional Development Specialist is running for a national board position, with the American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN).
 
This is quite an honor for our chapter and local nursing community. Audrey began her nursing career at Ball Hospital and later moved to University Hospital.  Her love for critical care nursing has guided her evolution into professional development with a passion for teaching others. Audrey has been a highly engaged local Central Indiana Chapter (CIC) board member for many years.  Her strong leadership skills have led to a past national AACN Chapter Advisor Team role.
 
If you are a national member of AACN consider voting for her.  She will represent us well on this prestigious AACN Board of Directors.

When voting for the candidates running for a Board of Directors role, you may vote for up to 4 candidates.  But I am planning to cast my vote for only Audrey as I feel she is the strongest candidate, will represent my interests the best, and I feel this strategy will help her garner the most votes overall.
