Building Healthy Work Environments Where Nurses Thrive
Part 2 of 2
This interactive session continues with a look at the final 3 AACN Healthy Work Environment (HWE) Standards. Hear from nurse leaders who have participated in AACN's CSI Academy and seen first hand the impactful changes in their work culture.
These sessions are oriented for nurse leaders to identify and implement strategies using the Healthy Work Environment Assessment Tool (HWEAT) to apply to the workplace. Session 1 will focus on the first 3 AACN Healthy Work Environment (HWE) Standards including the opportunity to hear from leaders currently on the journey to applying HWE to their clinical environments. In these sessions we will:
- Analyze AACN Healthy Work Environment (HWE) Standards research and application to your workplace.
- Discuss current state of work environment and set action plan to improve outcomes for patients, nurses, teams, and organizations.
