NDNA hosted a Wellness Challenge last month!  It was a chance to:

• Boost your energy and resilience
• Connect with your fellow nurses 
• Win a prize and some recognition
• Feel better, work better, care better

Wellness Challenges are all about self-care that becomes a sustainable lifestyle! 

Participants logged their movement/activity, food choices, mental health activities, and sleep.  At the end of the challenge, one person had the most points....and won a $100 Amazon gift card!
