Our NJSSNA President Eileen Gavin, MSN, FNP-BC, NCSN, FNASN explained that NJSSNA is in crisis mode and cannot work on their bylaws and strategic plan at this time. NJSSNA has many plans and projects that they are working on, but not enough members to work on their many projects and initiatives. Importantly, no one has come forward to apply for the President-Elect position. A special meeting led by Colette Collier Trohan, PRP, CPP-T (Professional Parliamentarian), to discuss the future of NJSSNA will be announced. Please see my attached notes from the meeting.
