FYI, the OSDH has just put out the NEW exemption process for filing them online. Here is the link.

Parents are responsible for filling it out, and THEY have to submit the approval to US. There is still a mail-in option if they choose, but we will no longer be doing it for them. The 3 exemptions still stand, Personal, Religious, and Medical.
