I am very appreciative for the $1000 scholarship gift. I chose to further my education on the Master’s Degree in Nursing Education to teach future and current nurses in clinical settings and at any opportunity afforded to me. My goals are to become a formal educator for the perioperative or critical care units. Thankfully, Grand Canyon University has equipped me to learn strategies that will allow me to make the transition successfully.
