Thank you for your many years of dedication to the seriously ill and end-of-life populations, elevating palliative care and hospice nursing practice, and sharing your expertise with colleagues across Houston, Texas, and beyond as we adopted a virtual format. 

We will look for you all in the community forums and will post there when we host "pop up" get-togethers for coffee and collaboration somewhere in the Houston area!
