Join us Wednesday the 29th. This session offers attendees an opportunity to better understand and leverage the power of peer support for new nurse graduates as they transition into practice. 

• This presentation will describe two modalities of peer support used simultaneously across a multi-site program.
• Strategies for engagement will be discussed, including the use of an electronic recruitment tool to enlist seasoned RNs to support new graduate nurses during a time of rapid program growth.
• Members and their guests are welcome. NWONL and ACNL members may earn CE credit for attendance and post session survey completion. CE is included as part of membership.
