ILSPAN TO AWARD TWO PANAW AWARDS IN 2025

It's PeriAnesthesia Nurse Awareness Week (PANAW). PANAW is celebrated February 3-9 this year. ASPAN’s 2025 theme is "Perianesthesia Nurses-Innovation and Inspiration.” Hopefully you and your place of employment will celebrate our profession in a special way. ILSPAN presents the award at this time each year to perianesthesia units that demonstrate Education, Professionalism and Team Spirit of the unit during PANAW.

Two perianesthesia units will each be the recipient of a $500 award. Submit photos and a short narrative about your unit celebration to be considered for the award. Entries must be submitted to ILSPAN President Katrina Blade at president@ilspan.org  by February 28, 2025. The awards will be presented at the General Membership Meeting at the ILSPAN Virtual Spring Conference on March 8, 2025.
