(CBNN) is proud to offer scholarships to support the next generation of Black nurses in their educational journey!

Eligibility Requirements:

• Of African descent.
• Open to high school seniors accepted into a nursing program and current nursing students.
• Must provide:
  • Completed application form
  • Official high school or nursing school transcript
  • Acceptance letter (for high school students)
  • One letter of recommendation from a faculty member
  • Personal statement on nursing philosophy, career goals, and what this award means to you

Application Deadline:

April 15, 2025 – All applications must be submitted and received by this date.

Scholarship Award Presentation:

May 10, 2025 – Awardees will be recognized at the 40th Annual Scholarship & Awards Luncheon at the Holiday Inn Newark International Airport Hotel. Attendance is required, and recipients will give a short two-minute acceptance speech.
