It has been brought to our attention that a recent post in the District 4 website has received negative responses. The announcement listed details about an upcoming ICE Health Services Corps job expo. In no means was the post a declaration of support for any political agenda. The intent was to give nurses the opportunity to deliver the best possible care for those who are being detained, similar to those nurses who are currently working in other ICE facilities across the state. To avoid confusion, the job announcement has been removed from the website.
