RICSNA congratulates Linda Mendonca, DNP, RN, PHNA-BC, NCSN, FNASN, on a 2025 Excellence in Nursing Award. Linda has been a member of our organization for many years, a past president of RICSNTA and the National Association of School Nurses.  Linda continues to collaborate with our Executive Board and provide us with expert advice and guidance, sharing her vast Public Health knowledge with future nurses and school nurses throughout our state.
