With over three decades of nursing experience, Arlene brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and leadership to her new role. She discovered her true calling in perianesthesia nursing in 2016—a decision she proudly calls one of the best of her career.

Her commitment to professional development is evident through her CAPA certification in 2020 and her service as an Item Writer and Reviewer for the American Board of Perianesthesia Nursing Certification over the past three years. Arlene also served two impactful years as NevPANA’s Member-at-Large, where she championed education, advocacy, and community engagement.

She deeply values NevPANA’s camaraderie, support, and dedication to lifelong learning—and now, she’ll help lead the way.
