Rehabilitation Nursing Core Review Course

This is a 2-day review of the principles and knowledge base of Rehabilitation Nursing.

12 CCM hours approved through CCMC. (If you took this course in 2024, duplicate CCM contact hours are not admissible for CCM renewal. You may only take this course one time for renewal credit).

Learner Objectives:

Identify rehabilitation nursing models, theories, and philosophy of care.

Describe pathophysiology, nursing interventions and functional health patterns related to disability and chronic health conditions.

Discuss physical healthcare patterns related to care of the person with disability or chronic health conditions.

Discuss legislative, economic and case management issues related to care of the rehabilitation client.
