Do you know a family that would benefit from the experience of a weekend Bereavement Camp for families?  Please let them know about Camp STARS Family Camp (Sharing Together as Real  Support) spring session March 13-15.  Sponsored by Hospice Atlanta and the Billie S. Been Foundation, Camp STARS for Families  is a Bereavement camp for families held at Camp Twin Lakes in Rutledge, GA, about an hour east of Atlanta.  It is a safe weekend of family fun where families participate in camp recreation activities and have fun together while sharing their grief.  Each family has their own cabin.  Camp activities include arts and crafts, field sports, boating and fishing, and family activities; activities are facilitated by trained professionals experienced in working with families and children experiencing grief.  Information and registration is available at http://www.vnhs.org/patient-resources-support/camp-stars/   or you may contact Barbara Moore at Hospice Atlanta for more information and to register  barbara.moore@vnhs.org 404.869.3086.
