The Grand Canyon Chapter of AORN is looking to fill positions for 2015-2016.  Please find the Willingness to Serve form attached for available positions as well as the description of duties for the available positions.  If you are interested in serving in a position, fill in and return the Willingness to Serve form and return to Ellen Pulver via email ellenpulver@centurylink.net or at the May 9th meeting in Tucson.   

All forms must be returned by May 9th in order to be considered for an open position.
