I've been part of the Nurses' Health Study II for about as long as I've been a nurse. This is one of the first ever studies to look at WOMEN's health. Almost all research until this was done on men, which meant that the results might well not apply to women, although drug doses and health recommendations were made with the assumption that what applied to men was automatically transferable to women.I would encourage all to join this study!
