The Maine Legislature enacted LD 557, "An Act To Provide Reasonable Accommodations for School Attendance for Children Certified for Use of Medical Marijuana" and schools are required to adopt a policy. Attached is the Maine School Management policy that covers all aspects of the law required by the statute.
