In order for our Bylaws to be current and reflective of our practice and activities, the Board of Directors worked hard to complete the Draft revision of our Bylaws. Please see attached for your review~ all revisions are in red. The period for your review and comment is from today July 7th-August 7th. Please send your comments back to me.

After August 7th The draft would be finalized for voting and final approval. I will post this information on our website as well. Thank you very much for your kind attention to this important matter.
