We are asking all Ft Worth HPNA Chapter members to help spread the word about our 20th Anniversary Celebration on October 1, 2016, at James L West in Ft Worth.

Please download the documents attached and share -- share with your co-workers, share with nurses & social workers who don't work in hospice and palliative care, and share the Dr Gawande poster at your church, where you exercize, anywhere you can think of that people might see it.   These files are also available if you go the Upcoming Events section and click on October 1.  

We hope that all our current members will make plans to attend this program and bring a friend with them.  We also need your help to publicize the afternoon portion of the program ("Being Mortal") to the public.
