Hello to all my fellow hospice and palliative care colleagues--

We wanted to give you an update on our chapter.  Attendance has been very low at our chapter meetings.  Your current board members are coming to the end of our terms.  We need input from the membership regarding how to proceed with the chapter.  Please respond to the following questions in the comments:

1. Are you interested in having the chapter remain active?

2. Are you willing to volunteer for a board position in order to keep our chapter active?  (President, Treasurer, Secretary, Board Member)

Your board members are anxious to hear your feedback.  Please respond by Friday, October 21st and we will discuss the results at our November chapter meeting.

If we decide to keep the chapter active, we will need to have an election by the end of November. Please let us know if you would like to run for office and what position you are interested in.
