The link to the Nursing Survey, which is used to provide accurate nursing workforce data in Michigan has been relocated within the electronic nursing licensure renewal format.  The survey now is located at the end of the entire renewal process, on the payment receipt page.  See attached screen shot from an RN renewal for placement.  The red words are the actual link.  We have worked with the Department to also provide a link to the licensure survey in the second and third email licensure renewal reminders being sent to nurses.  Nurses due for licensure renewal in 2017 have the option of using either the link provided in the electronic reminder notice or the link at the end of the electronic licensure renewal payment receipt page to complete the Nursing Licensure Survey.
