Many of you may have heard me talk about this DVD, which encourages people to have "the conversation" about end-of-life wishes and advance care planning.It has won numerous national awards and was shown 611 times on 176 PBS stations in 33 states.

This film was released in 2011 and, due to some music licenses that will expire in 2020, the film will be retired. I have used it for hospice orientations as well as community education programs. We have shown it at HPNA chpater meetings. The educational version is $199.95 and comes with a 12-wtep process for using it.
