This retreat is to give hospice and palliative nurses a chance to get away and spend time with those who understand what we do everyday! We will learn way to utilize complementary therapies for ourselves, as well as our patients. We will share ideas on how to start those conversations about end-of-life/advanced directives and watch Extremis. We will explore how art therapy is used in hospice care and paint a project of our own to take home. Finally, it is chance to reconnect and renew our passion for hospice and palliative care and "feed our soul".

Register online on our website...local chapter members are $200, nonmember rate is $240. It covers all accommodations, meals at the facility and 6.5CE's. The program is held on Saturday, so it allows flexibility for those who can only come for the day.
