Proclamation Signing with the Governor.  Pictured Sharon Baker, Wendy Rau and Kathy Chatt (School Nurses) I asked Kathy Chatt RN, School Nurse who just happened to be at the signing receiving an honor for all the hard work she has done in her community for the local Backpack Program to join us.  How perfect an opportunity!  I pointed out how school nurses make a difference in communities throughout Nebraska and this was a perfect example.  Gov Heineman also had some very positive words for School Nurses and their hard work throughout the state of Nebraska.  Be sure to stop by the NSNA booth to see the signed proclamation at the upcoming June 8th, 9th and 10th Kearney conference.
