Hello,

I hope this message finds you well! I am in search of a virtual nurse leadership/management preceptor for my MSN leadership degree at Grand Canyon University.
Start Date:2/25/2021
End Date: 6/16/2021

The virtual preceptor must meet the following requirements:

· Must have MSN or other advanced graduate degree
· 2+ years in leadership position
· Minimum 3 months at current employer
· Must have direct oversight of staff
· Must include experience in managing a budget as one of their responsibilities
· Must be involved in implementing change or creating and implementing new policies
· Good examples of preceptors: Director of Nursing, Chief of Nursing, Nurse Manager

The preceptor would meet virtually for 1-2 times a week over 16 weeks. The preceptor is only responsible for overseeing and approving the hours through a website called Typhon; no additional assignments or requirements are needed.
