Favorite Thing About My Profession:
I love that I have been able to grow as a nurse and achieve my goals. I have worked in different roles from nurse manager to bedside nurse. I also spent several years in the operating room. I now work as a nurse practitioner and enjoy being able to care for the indigent and underserved. It allows me to give back to the community and help others which is why I became a nurse.
