Instrumental in making changes to increase patient outcomes: Reasearched and implemented new central dressing change kit (increase nurse compliance and reducing CLABSI) and new technology to verify PICC tip termination (decrease radiation exposure to patients and decrease time to utilize PICC line).

I love what I do currently and have a broad background in nursing. I LOVE helping my patients and providing them with best outcomes.

My late mother always told me to follow the Golden rule and find myself teaching my son this and applying to it my work values: "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.”
