Magnet Program Director- Guided large tertiary hospital through two sets of documents and redesignation.

Acute Care Women's unit director- Opened unit and managed for 9 years.

Clinical Support Unit Float Pool- manager of large >120 person clinical float float pool, established critical care float pool, established first nurse apprentice program at the organization, bringing in students from other states to aid in diversity & equity.

Favorite Thing About My Profession:

I love nursing because of the endless opportunities to reinvent myself, while continuing to provide my community compassionate care.
