As manager of Idaho Doctors Hospital, I led the staff to maintain patient satisfaction scores above the 90th percentile for over 7 years, earning the facility 2 Guardian of Excellence awards and 3 Pinnacle of Excellence awards from Press Ganey, and co-presented a breakout session at Press Ganey's National Client Convention.

I was also privileged to lead a wonderful team of OB nurses at Bingham Memorial Hospital through the journey to Baby Friendly designation , making Bingham the second Baby Friendly Hospital in the state of Idaho.
