Favorite Thing About My Profession:

The OR is an exicting place to work scrubbing and circulating.  It requires a large amount of integrity and carries much responsibility.  I enjoy  onboarding new employees and graduate nurses to the Operating Room to help them adjust quickly and become a part of our surgical team.    I also love facilitating nurses in the Clinical Coach and Residency classes which build needed skills to help recruit and retain our valuable employees.
