Favorite Thing About My Profession:
The most amazing thing about working in nursing education/professional development is the feeling of helping someone to expand their career and/or education through mentoring and leadership development. As we consider the trajectory of nursing as a profession, it is important to acknowledge the value of careful succession planning and to anticipate the needs of the professional nurse as a client as well.
