Professional Achievements:

As a Registered Nurse and Clinical Professional, Jennifer Kerr has amassed 30 years of healthcare experience.  Her experience extends to the field of Rehabilitation Nurse, Case Management for Catastrophic Injuries and Injured Workers.  Her skills as a consultant allow her to lend her expertise for streamlining cost and measuring the quality and effectiveness of programs and services.

 In addition to specializing in the care of persons with catastrophic injuries and chronic illnesses, I have created a unique Elder Care Program that assists families nationwide to identify and secure medical, social and financial resources for the elderly.

 I created a  Home Health Care Agency, Elder Care Programs, and “A Circle of Life Elder Care Program,” designed for Daimler-Chrysler Automotive Company to provide initial, in-home assessments and obtain resources to employees’ families nationwide. 

KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS

 Developed and present Senior Care 911 Program seminar December 2004 to educate Professionals, Seniors and Families within the community on the needs of the elderly population.

• Developed and present Case Management Basics workshop for Charles County Department of Social Services, Maryland, November 2005.
• Developed and present Case Management and Mentoring/ Customer Assessment Training workshop for Charles County Department of Social Services, Maryland, May 2007
• Present at The American Bar Association March 2007 Mid-Winter Conference, Naples Florida - Use of Nurse Case Managers: The Pros/Cons and the Problems
• Present at The American Bar Association March 2008 Mid-Winter Conference, Tucson, Arizona- Return to Work Programs – Working With The ability in Disability.
