Benjamin has been a Registered Nurse since 2017, earning their Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Nazareth College. Their diverse nursing experience spans Critical Care, Surgical, Neuro, Clinical Instruction, Professional Development, and Education. In 2022, Benjamin achieved a Master of Science in Nursing focusing on Nursing Education. Later that year, they joined the University of Rochester Medical Center (URMC) as a Master’s-Prepared Nurse Educator in the Medical Intensive Care Unit, where they specialize in Nursing Professional Development. Benjamin is pursuing a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree with a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) focus at St. John Fisher University.
