Favorite Thing About My Profession:

I absolutely love being a nurse and a CNS it has shaped who I am and given me so much back. I love mentoring and growing other and seeing the possibilities of encouraging and mentoring young nurses to love what nursing brings to the loves of those we touch. As a nurse with over 35 years of experience I enjoy making sure that our patients stay the center of all that we do and the ability to influence practice and make a difference drives me daily.
