Favorite Thing About My Profession:
"Service in Practice". Nurses are not limited to what is possible.
As a seasoned nurse with extensive leadership abilities, I am able to remain as active as I chose to be (work part time volunteer, guest speaker, etc.)
Virtues:
I have very high moral standard. I believe in treating others the way I would like to have my loved ones treated. As a nurse, service in practice means that I must be in service to humanity and must:
- Embrace diversity, tolerance, equity, and inclusivity
- Understand just culture and patient safety
- Be credible
- Maintain a professional image
- be committed to lifelong learning
- I must be a nurse who invigorate the legacy of Nursing and uphold the value of the Nursing Profession
